If you are selling, you will need:
|
- A prepared deed to be signed by all parties who won the real estate. It must be signed by all titled owners and their spouses at closing.
If one or more sellers will not attend closing, you and your attorney should contact Chicago Title of NW Ohio & SE Michigan as soon as possible.
- Your Picture ID
- Receipts for any estate taxes paid within two weeks of closing. If you have special requests for your proceeds, let us know.
