A Closing Checklist

The following list of items will enable us to close your real estate transactions efficiently and without delay.

Real Estate Purchase Contract: A legible copy executable by all parties, including addendums   Deed Information: Marital status and full legal names of all buyers and sellers   Evidence of Back Title: A copy of any existing title work, deeds, condo documents, divorce decrees, etc.   Existing Mortgage Information: Name, phone number and account number of all existing lien holders   New Lender Information: Name of lender, branch location and representative to be used by the buyer   Inspection Companies: Name of all companies providing inspections and fees to be collected   Home Warranty: Company to be used and fee to be collected   Buyer's Hazard Insurance: Agent's name and phone number   Attorney: Name, address, phone and fax numbers of any attorneys requiring copies of the title or other documents   Closing Date: Closing date and time requested or an estimate if possible
